Wonderful place to stay. The room was immaculate. Personnel was friendly and mostly knowledgeable. The back Riverwalk trail was easily accessible with beautiful scenery next to the San Juan river. Hotel was easy to access from main thoroughfare.

We recently spent 5 days at this hotel and we made some wonderful family memories. Let me begin with the location. The hotel has a very easy access to a few ponds, a trail, and the San Juan River. You can tube down the river and let it take you to downtown of Pagosa Springs, which is also a walking distance from the hotel. The lodging has a nice seating area with a fire-pit to enjoy and chill. We spent a lot of time there listening to the music and voices of nature. The room was freshly redone, clean and offered the comforts you needed. The breakfast area is located in a sun room which made the experience pleasant and put you in a cheerful mood from the very beginning of the day. The place offers a sauna and hot tub which is a nice touch after the day of hiking. The place is locally owned and the hosts were super accommodating and helpful when it came to ideas on local trips and sightseeing. The prices were affordable considering everything this place offers.

Great clean rooms, excellent customer service from each and every staff member. Location is perfect...ponds and river right out the back door door for fishing relaxing and strolling. Have stayed at every hotel in town and this by far was the best all around. Highly recommend!!! Looking forward to visiting again . Thank you to all for making this such a pleasant experience.

Property was right on the river as advertised and closer to the older part of town, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and the springs.

We stayed at RiverWalk Inn while on a ski trip, which included a day at Wolf Creek ski area. The motel had recently been renovated and was spic and span throughout. The breakfast provided was good and more than we needed. The employees were very friendly and helpful in every need we had. One of the nicest aspects is that behind the hotel, out the back is a pathway along the river. Geese and ducks were hanging out and some were swimming, pleasurable to watch. Restaurants and bars were close by and the grocery was a short drive away. Everything we needed was close by. We not only highly recommend RiverWalk Inn but will deferentially make it the place where we stay any time we return to Pagosa.

The staff was very friendly, they even had a box of Valentine’s Day chocolate on our bed when we checked in. The hot tub and sauna were both nice amenities and the place was very clean.

I loved this place. It's newly remodeled and the owners are super nice. It's also in between a dispensary and a liquor store, so your bases are covered hahahaha - but in all seriousness, this hotel had a nice 'mom and pop' feel. Actual keys for the doors, great customer service, two English bulldogs to greet you and just steps away from a pretty river you can sit near, etc. The walls are a little thin, but I just left the 'fan' setting on the air conditioner and it was fine. I also liked that it was close walking distance to a lot of food/shops. Great place and I will hopefully be back someday.

This place was awesome very accommodating host! The rooms have been updated and were very clean and comfortable. They definitely did an awesome job with the recent updates. They also have a neat back patio area overlooking a small pound in the back with comfy patio furniture and a fire pit. I would definitely stay here again!

Recently remolded and very clean! All the staff we met was very friendly especially one young man! Hot tub was good and sauna excellent! Nice area in the back of this hotel leading to a pond and the river! Great waffles as well! Had a wonderful time!

The hotel is remodeled and extremely clean. Great location. Great staff, they are all incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I highly recommend this place! Me and my family with definitely stay here again!

RiverWalk Inn is the best place that we stayed in so far! Great location, the hotel is very neat and clean, gorgeous views, and staff very kind and organized. Their dining area is very convenient👍 Don’t think too much! Book it today! You won’t regret it.

Perfect hotel room to stay at! Everything was perfect. Newly remodeled rooms. Staff was very professional and friendly. Great price for a high taste room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Good cable tv. Awesome location. I will be returning to Pagosa springs again. And this is the only hotel I want to stay at. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I'd give more starts if I could. They were incredibly accommodating when we changed due to the hotel we had booked being fithly. They were always making sure we were happy and if we needed anything. We will most definitely stay here again.
