The festivities start on Thursday, April 22nd with a Chocolate, Cheese, and Beer Pairing! That's right, chocolate, cheese, and beer! Take your taste buds on an adventure with this unique event on Thursday starting at 6 pm.
Enjoy great live music on Friday night that is sure to get your feet moving with New Mexico band Str8 Shot. They will be pumping out some of your favorite classic rock, country, and Latin music from 6-9 pm in our event area.
On Saturday, April 24, 2021, some of our favorite breweries will come to The Springs Resort to showcase their best craft-beer. This has been a sold-out event for the past 5 years drawing guests from New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, and beyond.
