Hot Springs Fest is a three-day festival to celebrate the


rejuvenating power of Pagosa Springs' all-natural mineral water, drawn from the world's deepest hot spring. This one-of-a-kind festival features live music, a variety of health and wellness activities, and access to three soaking facilities in the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs for one price. One-day or Three-Day pass.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2022 AT 4:30 PM: Free Community Wellness Event: Sound Bath Community Sound Bath: Balance the energy of the body and quiet the mind, as the studio is filled with the harmonic sound from Tibetan singing bowls. Lay back, unwind and receive the benefits that help relieve stress and anxiety and prepare for a good night’s sleep. Meet at The Mother Spring in front of The Springs Resort building. Bring a yoga mat or cushion. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2022 AT 2 PM: Free Community Wellness Event: Mocktail Tasting Wellness Mocktail Tasting: Toast to enhanced health with our NEW nutrient-rich, non-alcoholic beverages featuring KOR shots. Meet at The Mother Spring in front of The Springs Resort building. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2022 AT 3 PM: Free Community Wellness Event: Yoga Community Yoga Practice: Join us for community yoga. This all-level class is open to everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis. We will flow through a variety of postures, focusing on breath and movement. Please bring your own mat and any props you may need. The class will be followed by a free gratitude ceremony at The Mother Spring. Come connect with your body and relax your mind! SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2022 AT 10 AM: Free Community Wellness Event: Meditation Treat yourself to a mid-day reset with an afternoon guided meditation in a supportive, welcoming space. Relax into mindfulness meditation with this practice designed for beginners. You’ll focus your awareness on your body and breath, to come to a place of stillness and ease.
